Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order before it has reached dispatched status. After dispatch the returns process applies.
You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of purchase.
The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a tracked service is used. All couriers accepted. We do not take any responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us.
You can apply for a refund by visiting the Contact Us page. Please complete the form stating your order number and reason for return. Please wait for a reply stating that your return has been accepted and you will be given a returns address.
Returns will be issued after receipt of item and inspection. Please allow 7 days to receive your funds.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original condition
The following goods cannot be returned:
Sale items
Toys (due to hygiene reasons)
Worn items
Damaged items (without informing us)
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
We do not take responsibility for customs charges. Charges are to be met be the customer. These are decided by EU customs and are out of our control. We will not issue a refund if the customs charge is not paid and the item is returned to us. Customs charges will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.
