Returns

Customers are entitled to cancel their order before it has reached dispatch status. After dispatch, the returns process applies.

We do not offer exchanges. The return process applies and a new item can be reordered.

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days permitted that they fall in line with our return policy.

The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a tracked service is used. All couriers are accepted. We do not take any responsibility for any parcels lost in transit to us.

Customers can apply for a refund by visiting the Contact Us page. Please complete the form stating your order number and reason for return. Please wait for a reply stating that your return has been accepted and a return address will be issued.

Refunds will be issued after receipt of item and inspection. Please allow 7 days to receive funds.

Condition for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return please ensure that:

• the goods were purchased within the last 14 days

• the goods are in original condition

The following goods cannot be returned:

• sale items

• toys (due to hygiene reasons)

• worn items

• damaged items (without informing us)

• items purchased by models in line with a launch promotion

If free shipping was granted on the order and the returned item/s takes the order total to under the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
